The Science Talent Search was sponsored by Intel from 1998 – 2016.  This page allows alumni of the program from those years to access their badges.  The Science Talent Search is currently sponsored by Regeneron and those badges are viewable on this web page:

The Regeneron Science Talent Search (Regeneron STS), a program of Society for Science & the Public, is the nation’s most prestigious science research competition for high school seniors. Since 1942, this program has provided a national stage to feature the country’s best and brightest young scientists who present original research to nationally recognized professional scientists.
The Regeneron STS encourages talented U.S. high school seniors to pursue independent research in science, math, engineering and medicine as they compete for the top award of $250,000. Twelve STS alumni have become Nobel Laureates.
Starting in 2013, the Society began awarding digital badges to STS student participants.
